Right of Withdrawal for Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For orders delivered to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us via "CONTACT US" or at "selective.vetement@gmail.com" and inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns: The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We do not provide a return label. The buyer is responsible for properly postage-paid and securely returning the goods to us.

Right of Withdrawal for international Orders

For international delivered orders, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are not suitable for return after delivery due to their nature, such as:

- Hygiene products (e.g. underwear, socks)

- Sealed products whose seal has been removed after delivery

Process for Returns and Exchanges

1. Withdrawal declaration: If you wish to return the goods, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

2. Return shipment: After confirmation of the withdrawal, you must return the items to us within 14 days.

3. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
